MSite has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Success Trainer to join our Team working Liverpool. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience.

The Customer Success Trainer role: 

As a Customer Success Trainer at MSite, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional training and support to our customers and employees on the value and effective use of the MSite platform. You will also play a role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth through identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services. You will assist customers in maximising the value they derive from our solutions.

Working in partnership with our Training Manager, you will ensure all MSite employees are trained in the use of MSite to the appropriate level for their role, whilst also ensuring they understand the value MSite to our customers. This role requires excellent communication and organisation skills, technical proficiency, and a strong customer-centric mindset.

What you will do as our Customer Success Trainer:

  • Conducting comprehensive training sessions, both onsite and remotely, to educate clients on the features, functionalities, and best practices of the MSite system.
  • Guiding customers through the implementation process, ensuring smooth onboarding and seamless integration of our solutions into their operations.
  • Providing ongoing support to customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and issues related to product usage.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest features, updates, and advancements in the MSite system.
  • Continuously improving your understanding of our product offerings, ensuring you are equipped to deliver effective training and provide consultative guidance to customers.
  • Collaborating with the Product Team to provide insights and feedback from customers, contributing to the improvement of our products and services.
  • Proactively identifyingopportunities to increase revenue by upselling additional modules, services, or customized solutions to customers.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and revenue opportunities in CRM system.
  • Working with the Training Manager to build a customer-focused training plan around the value and use of MSite.
  • Supporting the Training Manager to deliver ad-hoc internal training programmes.

Our ideal Customer Success Trainert will have:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a software or technology company.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong consultative and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Technical proficiency and ability to quickly learn new software systems.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • A self-motivated and results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
