Customer Support Advisor x3

Location: Office based during training and then Hybrid

Salary: £22,400

Hours: 35 per week, Monday to Friday

Contract: Permanent

We're looking for 3 Customer Support Advisors to join our Operations team on a full time, permanent basis. Are you a caring individual with a passion and commitment to delivering great customer service? If so we'd love to hear from you!

As a Customer Support Advisor, you'll take calls and emails from customers and our funeral director partners and do your best to help the person at the other end of the line. You'll show you care and understand what matters to them and if you don't know the answer then you'll have access to plenty of colleagues that do.

From day one, we'll teach you all about our products, processes and systems and you'll learn how respond to queries quickly and become better every day. We are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, but you don’t need to have experience of working in financial services. You just need to have a passion for helping people, empathy to put yourself in the customer’s shoes, good administrative skills and a commitment to do the best for your customer.
