Customer Support Agent (Pharmaceuticals)

Customer Support / Supply Chain / Stock Management experience preferred
Role:
To deliver excellent service / customer accounts in all territories, with a focus on customer contact, order creation, delivery execution and delivery aftercare services, including query resolution, while meeting internal and external customer expectations within relevant compliance and regulatory rules.
Duties:
- Accurate and timely sales order processing in accordance with 3PL scheduling and customer request.
- Ensure sales order product pricing reflects current list pricing.
- Daily and weekly tracking of sales orders to ensure they are delivered on-time and in full, and where not so delivered update the customer accordingly and take appropriate actions.
- Routine liaison with Supply Chain for actual and potential stock issues ensuring active stock management and restricted sales where necessary.
- Professional and timely customer contact and communication to ensure positive outcomes and an amicable solution in all cases. (in accordance with internal processes).
- Liaison with Commercial teams, Finance and 3rd party logistics (3PL) to resolve any customer claims, within an agreed timescale.
