We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, assist with inquiries, and support customers in a professional manner.
Duties:
- Assist customers with product information and purchasing decisions
- Process orders and returns accurately
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue
- Maintain customer records and update information in the database
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs
Qualifications:
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Experience in upselling products or services is advantageous
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service best practices
