As part of this fantastic team you will:
Be the first point of contact for both customer related issues
Identify any technical issues and report these to relevant teams as well as troubleshooting issues in the first instance
Be responsible of ticketing queries, ensuring these are actioned in a timely manner
Sharing knowledge of customer accounts to team members
Work alongside the Account Managers in managing the customer accounts on a daily basis
Daily administrative tasks as required including internal and external email correspondence
Updating the system on clients' activity
Assist the team with any other ad hoc duties
The Ideal candidate will:
Have excellent communication skills and be a team player!
Be resilient and empathetic to clients needs
Have great attention to detail with a good knowledge of Microsoft office
