Customer Team Member (Ctm)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team. As a Shop Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our shop. This is an entry-level position that offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with their inquiries and provide excellent customer service

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop floor

- Restock merchandise and ensure shelves are properly stocked

- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately

- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation

- Collaborate with Team Members to achieve sales targets

- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Experience:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- English language is a must

- Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is a plus

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
