Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are recruiting for a permanent Customer Technical Support role within the Sales and Service team, for an established company based in High Wycombe. The position would suit a technical person with mechanical skills and customer focused. The job is wide-ranging serving Customers and supporting the Sales and Service Engineers.
Monday - Friday
8am - 5pm with 1 hour for lunch
GBP25,000 - GBP26,000 per annum DOE
The main responsibilities of the Customer Technical Support role are:
· Serving and advising customers on equipment and parts.
· Running of the Parts department including stock control, administration, and management.
· Trade Counter Sales and Customer Service support.
· Managing the scheduling and dispatch of orders.
· Dealing with customer email and phone enquiries and processing sales and purchase orders.
· Occasional local van deliveries to support customers and the Sales and Service teams.
The key skills of the Customer Technical Support role are:
· Good customer relationship and interpersonal communication skills.
· Be a team player, enthusiastic and have accountability.
· Technical minded with good organisational skills.
· Inventory management and logistics planning experience.
· Excellent computer and numeracy skills.
