Form of workAs a Customer Verification Advisor, you will play a key part in the verification process of our global customer base.
We are looking for bright, inquisitive and enthusiastic individuals to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in reviewing customer’s registration details and verifying documents in line with company processes.
The Twilight Shift working week runs Monday through to Sunday and is followed with 7 days off. A typical shift - Monday to Friday will start at 14.30 and finish at 02.00 and Saturday to Sunday will start at 14:45 and finish at 02.00. Successful applicants should be available to work any 5 days from 7 between the hours of 07:00 and 23:00 to complete their training.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working policy where you will have the option to work up to three days from home.

• Verifying identification documents provided by our customers.
• Reviewing customers’ registration details.
• Using internal/external sources to verify our customers.
• Assisting other departments with verification queries.
• Ensuring compliance with our Company verification processes.
