Salary- Full time - 37.5 hours a week worked over 4 days, Monday to Thursday, 0600 to 1530 except Thursdays finishing at 1500

As our Cut & Crease Minder, you will ensure:
- the quality of cut and creased work and compliance with ISO, BRC and any other standards and operating procedures;
- perform blanking work;
- machines are running at their optimum at all times to maximise efficiencies;
- machines are fully compliant to all Health and Safety requirements;
- all information relating to the machines output is recorded correctly;
- all machines maintenance and cleaning.
If you have the following skills and attributes, then we want to hear from you:
- Recent, relevant and proven machine minder experience, specifically in Bobst 102 or 142 flat-bed die cutting, and blanking.
- Ability to:
- meet the physical demands of the post with frequent lifting of light and moderately heavy items;
- work under pressure whilst looking for continual improvements;
- act on own initiative and adapt quickly to change;
- aptitude for being the lead minder in a small team;
- understand and carry out instructions.
- Must be able to:
- work well within a small team with good listening and communication skills;
- work unsupervised with a flexible approach to working hours with ability to work some overtime.
- Highly reliable person with honesty and integrity.
