Treble Shift Pattern:
5.30am - 1.30pm Mon - Thu, 5.30 - 11am Friday
1.30pm - 9.30pm Mon - Thu, 11am- 4.40pm Friday
9.30pm - 5.30am Mon - Thu

Our client is a well-established privately-owned company, manufacturing a full range of added value carton packaging for toiletries, cosmetics and beverage markets. They pride themselves on top quality customer service from full service design capabilities to the latest in press technology.

They are currently looking to recruit a Cut and Crease Operator to join their team

Responsibilities:

• To produce the cartons to the customer specification, whilst ensuring maximum efficiencies with regard to machine and staff time.
• Make ready the machines
• Ensure the output of the machines with regard to speed and quality
• Cartons are produced to the specification required
• Maintenance of the machines
• Leading and developing your crew to be successful in their individual roles
• BRC standards are maintained
• All paperwork is completed
• All Health and safety procedures are adhered to

Measures:

• Machines are made ready in the most efficient manner, adhering to job requirements
• The jobs are run as the optimum speed
• Cartons are produced that meet the quality standards of the company and the Customer, with no rejects
• All maintenance is completed in a timely manner
• The crew are all aware of their roles and are competent to complete them
• All paperwork is fully completed and dealt with appropriately
• Health and safety measures are followed, no accidents or incidents
• There are no breaches of the ISO22000 (food hygiene) rules
