Cyber Security Compliance ManagerGBP65,000 – GBP75,000Hybrid – 2 days per week in either Horley/Portsmouth officeWe are currently looking for a Cybersecurity and Regulatory Compliance Manager who will be joining a leading utilities business, operating across the UK. This business is constantly investing in its security standpoint, offering its employees the most advanced technology to work with. This well–established company owns and manages critical national infrastructure and is engaging in a forward funded futureproofing program with enormous potential for growth. Cyber Security is an integral part of their business operation, so this role is critical to the business.Within this role, you will be responsible for ensuring ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including the NIS Directive, the NCSC Cyber Assessment Framework and other industry–wide compliance frameworks. You will need to develop and manage a broad range of relationships across the business as well as with OT and IT teams, and with external regulatory bodies and industry peers.We are looking for an individual that has:

• At least 5 years of Cyber Security experience.
• Proven expertise in Compliance Management, Information Security Risk and Audit.
• Excellent understanding and hands–on experience of working with Regulators
• Good understanding and practical experience of Cyber Security Frameworks and standards.
