Cyber Security Team Lead

As the Cyber Security Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a talented team of Cyber Security experts. You will lead by example, driving best practices and ensuring our clients' systems are secure. Your role will involve:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the Cyber Security Team
• Developing and implementing security policies, protocols, and procedures
• Conducting regular security audits and risk assessments
• Responding to and managing security incidents and breaches
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure comprehensive security measures
• Keeping abreast of the latest security trends and technologies
• Training and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cyber Security professional, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
• In-depth knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, NIST)
• Strong understanding of network security, encryption, firewalls, and threat detection
• Experience with NGFW
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar are highly desirable
