Cyber Strategy Human Factors Specialist

In our team you will learn:

How to shape and deliver innovative programmes of work for the world’s leading companies, helping them to overcome complex security challenges related to human cyber risk.

Development in cross-functional areas of Security Strategy and Organisation (SS&O), including:

  • Enterprise Behaviour Change

  • Specialised Skill and Training

  • Talent Management

  • Organisational Change Management

As a Cyber Strategy Human Factors Specialist (Human Factors) you will:

Manage high-impact programmes of work in the Human Factors security space for our clients across industries

Help to develop innovative and creative solutions for existing and new clients to support business development

Act as a mentor for junior personnel in their development for Human Factors skillsets and professional behaviours

Work in a supporting capacity to develop assets and build awareness for Human Factors security across the Accenture business

Support the Human Factors Security Lead by deputising as functional lead when required

Align with ecosystem partners to facilitate the integration of leading-SaaS solutions to support client requirements

The following skills and experience are essential for this role: Demonstrable experience developing and implementing programmes of work for multinational organisations in at least one of the following functional areas: Security awareness, behaviour and culture change Security change management Security talent development Proven project management experience, including scoping, mobilisation, tracking and reporting Demonstrable knowledge of the market / sector, including vendors and thought leadership in Human Factors space Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with external clients and internal stakeholders within Accenture A passion for the “people” part of cyber security, and an ability to articulate the important role that it plays in securing organisations.  Good understanding of foundational cybersecurity concepts, including cyber security risk and the cyber threat landscape Set yourself apart: Industry qualifications such as SSAP, CISM, CompTIA Security+ SC clearance, or the ability to achieve clearance, is a plus but not essential What’s in it for you At Accenture in addition to a competitive basic salary, you will also have an extensive benefits package which includes 25 days’ vacation per year, private medical insurance and 3 extra days leave per year for charitable work of your choice!
