Summary As Cycle Hire Assistant, you'll give a friendly welcome and information and advice about Cycle Hire. You'll make sure everyone who visits has an enjoyable and memorable time. What it's like to work here

In this role you'll report to the Cycle Hire Manager. The wider team includes a Supervisor and another assistant.

What you'll be doing Your day will vary from answering queries and advising on suitable trails to preparing, maintaining and hiring out the equipment. It's all about delivering a great customer service. You'll talk to our visitors, giving them the right information and listening to feedback. You'll help as many people as possible to enjoy their time at our place. Who we're looking for
