Salary Job Title: Primary Teaching Assistant

Contract Type: Full time & Part time
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mainstream Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a minimum Level 2 qualification and a proven track record of working across all key stages in a UK educational setting. Knowledge of the National Curriculum is essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
Supporting Classroom Activities: Assist teachers in the delivery of lessons and ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Individualised Support: Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs, helping them achieve their academic potential.
Curriculum Assistance: Utilize knowledge of the National Curriculum to support lesson planning and delivery.
Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to the evolving needs of the classroom and school environment.
Initiative: Proactively use your own initiative to identify and address learning gaps, behavioral issues, and other challenges that may arise.
Active Involvement: Actively participate in school-wide activities, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
Minimum Level 2 qualification in a relevant field.
Previous experience working across all key stages in a UK educational setting.
In-depth knowledge of the National Curriculum.
Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff members.
A genuine passion for supporting the educational development of students.
Valid DBS check.
