D365 CRM & Power Platform Functional Consultant
The Role:
Working with SMB organisations to help them understand, design and deliver innovative sales, service and business excellence solutions in order to drive their organisation forwards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers
- Facilitating workshops to understand customer requirements.
- Documentation of customer requirements and to be solution design
- Design & build of customer solutions within the Dynamics 365 & Power Platform toolkit
- Delivering training workshops and handing over solution to customer
- Supporting the sales and customer service team throughout the customer lifecycle
Must Have Skills/Experience:
- Experience as a Consultant or End User responsible for implementation and evolution of Dynamics 365 CRM Apps (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)
- Experience with the Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Pages (Portals) and Power Automate
- Ability of understanding, designing, implementing and improving customer experience and/or sales processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of or experience in delivering business change
- Creative problem solving skills
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Strong presentation skills
Desirable Skills/Experience
- JavaScript experience
- HTML5 experience
- Dynamics 365 Field Service experience
- Project management skills
Personal Qualities:
- Positive can-do attitude
- Desire to continuously learn new technology
- Team player but with the ability to work on own initiative
- Passionate about delivering consistently great solutions and customer service
- Willing to travel (projects typically are a mix of onsite and remote)
