D365 F&O Business Analyst

Global retail client seeking experienced Business Analyst to join onto an in-flight programme to replace disparate legacy ERP systems and implement D365 F&O across the retailer's European business. This person will need to have a solid understanding of business processes and previous hands on experience implementing D365 F&O. This is a business critical position that will require the successful applicant to get quickly up to speed and hit the ground running.

2 days per week on site in their Berkshire office is required. Salary c. £65K

Responsibilities:

-Work with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements and map AS-IS and TO-BE processes

-Work with third party suppliers to ensure that D365 solutions are in line with best practices and support business objectives

-Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure that processes are streamlined across global entities

-Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), workshops and user training sessions

Requirements:

-Previous experience of implementing D365 F&O

-Previous experience of finance, commerce or retail; strong understanding of business processes

-Good understanding of data migration, integrations and data mapping

-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

-Experience of managing third party suppliers

Desirable:

-Experience of working on global projects and coordinating with offshore teams

-Proficiency in another European language (i.e. Spanish, French)
