D365 Functional Consultant

Harvey Nash are now looking for a D365 Functional Consultant, contract role for initially 6 months.

• Inside of IR35
• Remote working – with the occasional office visit (Glasgow)
• Umbrella set up
• Daily rate of £500 - £650 a day, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customise Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Sales to meet business requirements.
• Implement Power Pages to enhance public-facing digital services.
• Automate business processes via Power Automate.
• Work collaboratively with the internal team to refine requirements and demonstrate Dynamics 365 functionality to business users.

Required Experience:

• Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement - Proven experience configuring case management or sales processes.
• Power Pages - Implementation experience with a focus on user experience.
• Power Automate – Creation of Flows for automation.
• Worked using Agile methodology using Scrum etc.
