A family based in the heart of Chelsea is looking for a passionate and experienced nanny to care for their little girl who is currently 10 weeks old. The family are flexible on the start date, with the latest being the beginning May, so the suitable candidate could have a handover period with mum before she returns to work in June.
The suitable nanny would have experience working with babies, with the ability to support different milestones and be forward thinking. The family would love to find a nanny who can form a loving relationship with their daughter and also become part of their family as an extension.
General duties:
- Undertaking all sole charge daily baby duties
- Following the little girl’s daily routine
- Supporting the little girl’s learning and development and reaching different milestones
- Attending groups, playdates and different activities
- Playing and doing different activities at home
- Supporting with the weaning stage when the little girl moves on to solids – preparing snack and meals for her
- Cleaning the kitchen after use
- Undertaking nursery duties
- Travelling with the family – two or three times a year (a few days to a week at a time)
Candidate requirements:
- Relative experience is required for the position and you must have previous/current baby experience
- Easy going, calm but passionate about working with children
- Forward thinking and able to support with the different milestones
DBS check required at offer stage & and a current First Aid Certificate
