Job Summary: This lovely Nanny role just hits the books at Eden, first time parents with an adorable baby boy are seeking a nanny who is experienced with babies and the early years, you will have a good understanding of the developmental needs and what to expect in the early years and will be happy up to travel with them up to two months during the year. Mum is currently at home so this will be a mix of sole and shared care, however the plan will be for mum to return to work at some stage so they would need a nanny they can trust to care for their son on a sole charge basis.
General duties:
- A mixture of sole and shared care with mum who is working from home
- Preparing healthy nutritious meals
- All normal nursery duties, including the baby’s laundry, keeping his nursery and play areas tidy and organised, cleaning the kitchen after meal prep.
- Planning age-appropriate activities that will encourage development.
- Planning and attending local classes and clubs.
- Working in a team with mum
- Travelling with the family, Europe and worldwide
- Packing and unpacking for trips
Candidate requirements:
- Fluent English skills are essential.
- Ability to travel freely (up to a month at a time usually in the summer)
- Experience with similar ages and familiar with the early years
- Able to assist with sleep training.
- Upbeat personality who is nurturing and happy to work alongside a stay-at-home mum
Salary: up to £59,800 gross per annum depending on your experience
DBS check required at offer stage. And a first aid
