Job Description

I am currently working with a Housing Association based in Cheshire, looking for a temporary Building Surveyor at a rate of £30 per hour.
My client is on a journey to shape the future, with their Homes team recently restructured to better support our customers and communities. Their mission is to enhance their tenant's lives through a range of services.
The Role:
In this role, you'll manage surveying activities, coordinate with maintenance teams, maintain stakeholder relationships, and stay updated on legislation and risk assessment.
What They Are Looking For:
- Qualification in building surveying or relevant experience.
- Extensive surveying team experience.
- Stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Ability to assess asset-related risks.
