Damp and mould triaging administrator

Your new company
We are recruiting an administrator for a large North West Housing Association.
Your new role
If successful, you will join the repair and maintenance team. In this role you will assist with the diagnosing and triaging of Damp and mould cases. You will triage reports of Damp and mould and liaise with Building Surveyors/contract supervisors and other colleagues across the business.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will have an understanding of building defects, diagnosis and required corrective action. You will also have basic health and safety knowledge in a repair environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, and you will be passionate about delivering a quality service.
This role is working Monday - Friday 9-5pm, and you will mainly work from home, but will be required to travel to the office in Birchwood for team meetings or training.
