This is an essential role within the Repairs Maintenance and Building Safety department of the Directorate of Property Services. By providing the ‘client side’ function you will ensure a targeted right first time approach to Damp & Mould acting as the ‘Subject Matter Expert’ ensuring the organisation meets all its obligations and that properties we manage are safe and decent as a result.
You will also work on Disrepair cases from initial letter of claim to financial settlement and see agreed works through to completion taking initiative on all investigations to determine potential risk and financial loss. Good performance will be maintained within the team and contractors working on behalf of the organisation in line with the Revenue & Capital budget resources allocated.
3 month contract initially, possibility for extension.
