Data Admin Apprentice

Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey in the realm of critical power and energy solutions? Critical Power Supplies, a leading independent UK multi-brand supplier, is seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join the team as a Data Admin Apprentice.

Critical Power Supplies is at the forefront of providing cutting-edge critical power and energy solutions to diverse industries across the UK. As a Data Admin Apprentice, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the operations by managing and organising crucial data.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Data Essentials Level 3 apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Provide administrative support to the Finance Director and Sales Team

• Keep computer systems up to date and removing duplicate entries from the system

• Resolve administration issues ensuring they don’t reoccur and escalate issues

• Produce reports including daily updates from suppliers

• Look into data on stock and make recommendations based on data

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours&Benefits:

• £18,000 – £20,000 per annum

• Monday – Friday

• 08:30 – 17:00

• 1 hour lunch

• 25 days holidays plus bank holidays

• Casual dress code

• Free parking

• Progression opportunities available upon completion of the apprenticeship

• Grade 4/C in Maths and English GCSE or Functional Skills equivalent
