Location: NG2 hybrid working model 3 days based in the office 2 days from home.
Duration: 3 months
Start date: As soon as possible.
Pay rate: £12 per hour
About the role
As a Data Admin you will be responsible for updating various data fields in the internal Supply Chain systems – including but not limited to contract, supplier, and product data.
Responsibilities
- Perform Quality checks/ quality control (including validity) on data received against compliance/agreed criteria before uploading into the systems.
- Support the Data Maintenance Manager and Team Leads in reporting workload outstanding and completed, highlighting areas requiring development.
- Promoting process improvement and idea generation.
- Participate in Data Maintenance calls, updating Team Leads on the Data Maintenance team’s progress and challenges.
What skills, qualifications and qualities do I need to be successful?
- IT Skills including MS Excel
- High level of accuracy
- Well organised, structured, and methodical approach to work
