Are you an experienced data magician with administration experience?

Do your strengths lie in providing a high level of support within a team?

Our system team are hiring for a diverse data and support orientated role.

The role will support the Team Leads on various pension books of business and cover a wide range of tasks.

Responsibilities

Your appointment will strengthen our support team and cover a wide range of tasks which include the following:

  • Processing of client instructions and any task activities accurately and to the service standards set by the company.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating discretion.
  • Building good relationships with clients and business introducers.
  • Where relevant and appropriate, informing managers, clients and financial intermediaries of specific matters or issues affecting their schemes and benefits relevant to each scheme.
  • Ensuring that client deadlines, all internally agreed key performance indicators, service standards and regulatory reporting requirements are met.
  • To fulfil any other reasonable requirement of the department or Hartley Pensions.
  • Proactively identify risk within the department and escalates concerns to Team Leader.
