Overview
My client is a world leader in automotive seating & E-Systems.  With over 250 facilities within 37 countries around the world, they are at the forefront of various aspects of technological evolution.

Project Scope 
They are looking to put together a new team whose task & purpose will be to integrate intelligent digital technologies and analytical systems into manufacturing and industrial processes. The strategy is primarily divided into two key operating functions. Firstly, the successful project management and execution of initiatives into their manufacturing operations. Secondly, the digital analysis and data gleaned from visual management systems ensuring they make informed decisions across the wider business, maximizing their operational efficiency whilst upholding the highest quality standards ensuring that the company's perational and financial objectives can be achieved.

Position Scope
We are looking for up to four Data Analysis Project Managers and Senior Data Analysis Project Managers to lead the execution of projects for data focused, digitalization solutions using company data analytics and application platform within Seating manufacturing.  This includes micro-level project management, optimizing and adjusting deployment strategy to achieve project goal within defined time and costs.  Reporting to Work stream Lead and Main project customer communication with project participants and other central functions, execution of Business cases with the Plant/Business/Functional teams, feedback of lessons learned and opportunities to refine the standard solutions. 

The roles will initially be regionally focused but will then roll out nationally and then potentially globally.

Main Responsibilities
To manage execution of data focused projects using in house data analytics and application platform. Project Managers will run micro level projects, Senior Project Managers will run macro level projects.
Manage the project execution,
Ensure that project roadmap is understood by all parties and all communication channels are established.
Ensure all Data Standards are adhered to, or signed deviation is issued.
Ensure project timing is adhered to and team members/stake holders are managed proactively.
Ensure all EHS & IT standards and local authority regulations are complied with, during all projects.
Ensure that all project savings are tracked and reported.
Flawless deployment and zero Customer impact
Manage the Strategic Digitalization roadmap:
Work closely with Workstream Leader and central functions to follow Digitalization Roadmap to support business Long Range Plan.
Support creation of data analytics and application platform standards and maintain system of lesson learned.
Support the creation of Data section within AME Playbook, aligned to Corporate Data direction.
Work closely with rest of Data Team, participate on creation of Project Management standards to be applied to all Digitalization Projects.
Support development of Data Standards by ensuring robust feedback from lessons learned during project execution.
Regular review of developing Digitalization tools and technologies to identify opportunities to develop and pilot
Improvement in Data Analytics KPIs with EMEA SeatingEmployee understanding of Digitalization company strategy to adopt these technologies.

Skills Required
This role will suit someone used to running data driven projects in a fast paced environment.  Automotive industry experiece would be advantageous, or comparable high volume industry.  We would also consider applicants from other data driven sectors such as IT & Finance.

Previous experience in Managing project
Technical knowledge of IT and data analytics
Structured approach to management
Exceptional communicator
Experience in project management and can demonstrate project deliveries
Understanding of IT security topics
Experience of working in a multi-national or corporate environment.  (Engineering / Manufacturing / IT / Finance.)
Technical knowledge in coding Python/sql language (preferred)
