Location: Hybrid 2 to 3 days onsite per week - base location Osterly
Length: initial 6 months
Salary: £87,000 per annum

We are actively looking to secure a Data Analystr to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

The Role

Role Description
This role sits within Project Vine, a finance transformation project, which will build long term financial planning capability and automation across all of business markets. Using Anaplan, deliverables include building one version of the truth (one automated database used by all planning teams) and automation of excel models that support revenue planning.
The responsibilities include supporting data migration activities (old to new system), providing support to users to load data into Anaplan, data collection / readiness for user testing and providing technical assistance to our users for data related defects.
You will support the harmonization of our different data sources used and will ensure a smooth business readiness to support the project objectives and business benefits are achieved.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities

• Support the Data Lead in delivering data migration/integration of Finance & Operational data into Anaplan
• Multiple stakeholder management across different countries and/or markets in the preparation of data for testing, during go-live and for issue resolution, prior to the handover to the Sky Support Team
• In conjunction with the Data Lead:
• Drive consistent approach for automated data integration
• Support system integration, e.g. data testing where required (Anaplan to source system)

Critical Success Factors

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with databases, financial systems, and data visualization tools
• ERP/Finance Systems knowledge (Anaplan preferred)
• Good understanding of enterprise IT landscapes, cloud applications and architectures
• Strong relationship builder to coordinate and liaise with multiple teams
• Support the establishment of system strategy & roadmap to harmonize data/support business capabilities
• Comfortable with taking ownership of tasks and also being able to multi-task
• Accustomed to working under pressure and delivering to strict timelines
• Self-starter, able to work on their own and/or as part of a wider group

Experience

• Desirable - experience with Anaplan
• University degree, specialised training, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years work experience
• Experience of successfully supporting complex information technology platforms and integrations
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Superb communication and customer service skills
