We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team on a fixed-term contract for 1 year, covering a maternity leave. Key Responsibilities
- Work within Financial Data team.
- Writing SQL Scripts, Views and Stored procedures.
- Communicating logic of Scripts and dashboard designs to internal colleagues.
- Adapt and change dashboards and reports at stakeholder’s request.
- Support developing Data warehouse, process automation, BI solutions and reports.
- Provide relevant datasets and reports to enable exception reporting.
- Data quality, cleaning, preparation and profiling knowledge.
- ETL techniques and Data visualisation methods.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise
You are:
- Enthusiastic, Curious and Quick learner.
- A self-starter and detail oriented, with common sense and problem-solving approach.
- Able to deal with multiple issues, tasks and priorities concurrently.
- A great communicator with an ability to quickly establish rapport.
Must have experience:
- Proven experience of SQL/ T-SQL development (from 2-4 years writing complex queries, developed MSSQL database tables, stored procedures, user defined functions, views, SQL agent jobs and SSIS packages to design specifications.).
- Dashboard development experience (PowerBI / DAX / Power Query).
- ETL tool: SSIS (2-3 years).
- Excel: Competent using various in-built functions.
Desirable experience:
- Knowledge of Data warehouse.
- Knowledge of tech or Subscription based industry (Awareness of MRR, ARR or similar).
- Worked with Data as part of a Finance Team.
