Data Analyst

A very exciting healthcare platform is looking for a passionate Data Analyst to come and join their team.

As a Data Analyst, you'll be building the future of healthcare. We envisage a solution that can support the NHS in making data-driven decisions, support front-line healthcare workers in making safer, better-informed decisions, and empower patients to better engage with their own care.

The role is remote with only once a month office visit based in Gerrads Cross

Ideal Data Analyst

• You'll be passionate and interested in Healthcare analytics
• You'll have 1-2 years' experience with business intelligence - Qlik sense ideal but any tool would be required
• Developing dashboards for a variety of clinical customers
• Running workshops with customers to find out the requirements for them

They are looking to build a team of experienced, collaborative engineers who will work together to deliver this vision. A key activity in the near term is to build out our dashboards for our new platform.

You will be focusing on delivery and working directly with our partners and customers to identify the necessary activities required to complete each client's implementation and follow through to ensure that the activities are performed in a timely, high-quality manner.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain embedded analytics, visualizations, and dashboards to support various business requirements and objectives.

• Utilize SQL to manipulate and analyse large datasets, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for data analysis projects.

• Assist in data modelling and architecture design to optimize Qlik / Yellowfin performance and maintainability.

• Conduct data quality assessments and implement data cleansing and enrichment techniques as necessary.

• Provide end-user training and support and best practices.

• Continuously research emerging trends in data analytics and new technologies.

• Resolve issues on production environments. • Perform statistical analysis on data to assist in the building of AI models.

• Participate in training and other activities to enhance and share the knowledge and skills of colleagues Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with a business intelligence tool, such as Qlik or Yellowfin, including the development of visualizations, dashboards, and applications.

• Strong proficiency in SQL with at least 2 years of experience using SQL for data manipulation and analysis.

• Solid understanding of data modelling, data warehousing, and ETL concepts.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex data sets and generate actionable insights.

• Great interpersonal and communication skills, and enjoy working in an agile, fast-paced environment.

• Experience working with Jira, although not essential

• Work effectively with a high degree of autonomy

• Proficiency in English
