Job Title: Data/Performance Analyst

Salary: £30-35k

Working Model: Hybrid/Remote (4x WFH pw)

We are looking for a Data Analyst who thrives on analysing data to extract meaningful insights and drive business excellence. Core Duties:

• Conduct detailed analysis across various datasets to unveil trends, pinpoint exceptions, and highlight both concerns and best practices, providing a solid foundation for managerial decision-making.
• Craft and disseminate comprehensive data analyses and reports, tailoring these to fulfil the requirements of both day-to-day operations and broader strategic objectives.
• Innovate and refine reporting mechanisms, fostering the automation of data processing to streamline efficiency.
• Engage in predictive analysis and modelling to forecast future trends, facilitating proactive decision-making.
• Lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring the delivery of insightful, high-quality analytical content that succinctly captures and communicates key findings.

What We're Looking For:

• A strong educational background in Data/BI/Mathematics.
• At least two years of professional experience in a Data Analyst role.
• Proficiency in Power BI/DAX, SQL, and Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with SharePoint is an advantage.
• A proven track record in developing user-centric business intelligence tools and data manipulation.
