Our client, one of the leading internet providers in the south-west region are seeking enthusiastic Data Analysts in the Liskeard area to assist with the day-to-day operations of the business.

About the role:

• Monday – Friday.
• 9am – 5pm.
• Immediate starts available.
• Fixed term contract of 4 weeks, with potential scope to be extended.
• £12.56 per hour.
• Weekly pay every Friday.
• Accrue Holiday pay.

About you:

• You must be required to be computer literate and confident data managers.
• Excellent phone manners.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and multi task.

The individual will be responsible for processing a substantial volume of vouchers through the BDUK voucher system. The primary focus is to gather evidence in line with the BDUK scheme requirements in order to obtain voucher revenue. The scope includes:

Customer Validation:

• Verify the existence of each customer through thorough internal systems research
• Collect and document evidence confirming customer status as an existing client.

Documentation Retrieval:

• Retrieve evidence of installation appointments for each customer.
• Obtain related speed test photos to validate the successful installation.

Billing Information Verification:

• Verify payment records using billing information from GoCardless or Stripe.
• Ensure that services have been paid for and follow BDUK standards.

IP Allocation on Sonar:

• Confirm the allocation of IP addresses for each customer through the Sonar platform.
• Document and cross-verify IP allocation details for accuracy.

Live Connection on Mosaic:

• Verify the live connection status for each customer on the Mosaic platform.
• Document proof of active, live connections to support BDUK requirements.

This scope of work aims to streamline the process of raising a query on individual vouchers. It ensures compliance with BDUK standards and facilitates the smooth processing of vouchers by providing comprehensive documentation for each customer.
