RSR Public Safety are currently recruiting on behalf of our policing client based in Warwickshire for a Data Analyst and Excel Administrator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing the pension records of 1000 individuals using an Excel calculator provided by the Pension provider. This role requires a keen understanding of payroll, financial data analysis, and tax fundamentals.
This is a full time, 3-month contract and offers a day rate of £140.
Remote and flexible working hours available.
Main Duties:
- Utilise Excel proficiency to input information on pay, tax, and pension contributions over the last 7 years.
- Review and analyse existing payroll/legacy payroll data, ensuring accuracy and identifying errors.
- Using the Pension provider's calculator to determine sums owed or to be paid.
Essential Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong background in payroll or pension administration.
- Expertise in analysing financial data and understanding the basics of tax.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

This role will be subject to 5 years worth of references and vetting and the successful individual will be required to obtain and maintain these clearances.
