Our Data Analyst Programme is all about developing the skills required to become a subject matter expert. From day one, you'll take on real responsibility with a supportive culture that helps you get the most out of your time as an Apprentice, whilst building on your stakeholder management skills .

Logistics is more than getting the product from A to B. At DHL Supply Chain we combine management and value-added services with our customised, integrated logistics solutions which drives resilience, efficiency, improves quality and creates competitive advantage. Our Data Teams assist the operational and Functional Teams in creating meaningful data which allows informed decisions to be made to ensure we are operating with financial and KPI agreed terms

WHAT KIND OF WORK WILL I DO?

Working within the wider IT Team , you will work with a passionate team focusing on the below and many more.

  • identify data sources to meet the your team's requirements
  • cleanse and manage data
  • identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets
  • analyse data to produce actionable insight
  • produce a range of standard and nonstandard statistical and data analysis reports
  • Visualising data using tools such as Power BI
  • Producing Reports on a Daily and Weekly basis
  • Monitoring Trends and Performance
  • Get involved with and support Continuous Improvement
  • Participate and engage in CSR activities


WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?

  • A passion for all things data.
  • An ordered mind set
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office applications

WHAT ENTRY REQUIREMENTS DO I NEED?

  • Must hold a valid UK driving license or be self-reliant to travel to multiple sites when required.
  • Must be fluent in English
  • You must have achieved G.C.S.E.s in Mathematics and English with Grade C and above/4-9 or have a achieved Level 2 Functional skills in both English and Mathematics
  • As part of the Data analytics Level 4 Apprenticeship, you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years as it is a government funded apprenticeship programme

  • COMPENSATION:

£21,000 per annum starting salary. As an Apprentice your salary will increase throughout the programme.

We want Apprentices to build their careers, with the option to complete a Level 6 Digital and Technology Apprenticeship after completing the Level 4 Data analytics Apprentcieships. Apprentices can contribute their ideas to influence the success of our business and be a part of an organization that makes an impact to society as well as to the world of logistics. After your programme you will transition into the Alumni community to continue the growth of your career.
