Role Overview: Seeking an experienced Data Analyst/Scientist to drive our analytics function's growth. Your responsibilities include:1. Data Analysis: Dive deep into extensive data sets for valuable insights.2. Data Quality Assurance: Validate data, ensuring integrity.3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate business requirements into tech specs.4. Data Preparation: Create high-performance data sets for reporting and analytics.5. Dashboard Development: Craft Tableau dashboards for informed decisions.6. Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of enhancement.7. Project Ownership: Lead analytics projects following Agile practices.8. Mentorship: Guide junior team members to enhance skills.9. Data Advocacy: Foster data literacy for data-driven decisions.Candidate Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Math, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 3 years as a Data Analyst/Scientist. Proficient in Python and SQL. Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure). Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
