Data Analyst required with background in Financial Services - banking, wealth management, asset management or investment management experience.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 year's experience in a Data Analyst role in Financial Services as well as the below essential skills or experience:
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience applying statistics to data problems
- Experience examining and optimising data quality
- Demonstrable experience with large data sets
- Stakeholder management
- Experience with change and integration projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work within the Data Management Office to develop strategic initiatives, supporting business change against strategic priorities
- Act as a Data Analysis Expert, sharing experience and skills across a wide range of business areas.
- Contribute to the data side of change initiatives, providing insight and recommendations with respect to the data that underpins change.
- Analyse data using statistical techniques and communicate findings effectively
- Examine complex data to optimise the efficiency and quality of the data being collected, collaborate with the change delivery colleagues to improve systems and database designs
- Identify initiatives to improve data handling/wrangling techniques across the organisation
To be considered for the role a candidate will also need:
- Experience with Agile Projects
- Azure cloud experience
- Knowledge of T-SQL
- Knowledge of Python and R
- Detailed experience with Power BI
- Experience with Snowflake and Alteryx
