SalaryThe Data and Analytics Manager role is a new position and is an indication of the increasing importance of timely and precise data reporting and analysis and the ongoing business investment in this area. The data team is currently six people to manage and develop.
You will work with subject matter experts on complex and challenging pieces of analysis across the business. There is a prominent role in providing data for AI lead initiatives in the business - The organisation are working with one of the world’s leading AI solutions providers and are working to create an industry leading and even disruptive solution which will utilise the latest in AI. If this new and exciting field has your interest, this role is for you.
You will be the expert and authority on data and reporting capability and as such will be involved in both high-level strategy and hands-on implementation.
You will be involved in:
Take a leading role in projects across the business providing both insight and recommendations based on analysis. This will involve collaborating with subject matter experts from across the business at all levels of seniority.
Mentor and provide guidance to your team and potentially, other teams in your area of expertise.
Manage the relationship with 3rd party suppliers.
Lead the build, development and management of data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards, and performance metrics that support key business decisions.
Capture and specification of new clients’ MI and data requirements.
Help define the ongoing data strategy.
We would love to hear from you if you are:
Familiar with PowerBI and / or other dashboard solutions.
Been involved with AI integration projects.
Have Advanced skills with data analytics, business intelligence and data visualisation tools.
Have working knowledge of SQL and Data management techniques.
Can balance a strategic mindset with a hands-on attitude.
Team player, courageous and love collaboration
Excellent eye for detail.
