£60,000 - £70,000 + benefits

THE COMPANY:

This is a well-known, household name brand in the retail sector. They have been transforming their website and platform to offer a user-friendly and pain-free journey to all customers, which leads onto a smooth process for delivery logistics and the end-to-end supply chain. As a result, with an increased online offering and more distribution of online orders, this team will be essential in keeping things running smoothly across operations through analytics.

WHAT WILL YOU GET TO DO?

As the Data Analytics Manager, you will be:

• Primarily responsible for line managing a small team, helping to support their development and plan their progression and input across projects
• Taking operational and supply chain data to a new level, revamping reporting and automating things to increase efficiency
• Analysing data across operations, supply chain, distribution, and scoping out the future of this analytics team in the business
• Further down the line, build out this team as required to work across forecasting demand, promotion planning, and distribution and delivery as part of wider supply chain analytics
• Liaising with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU

• Excellent skills in SQL for data work and analysis
• Strong skills in Power BI for data visualisation, including the creation and automation of reports
• Prior experience and understanding of supply chain analytics, across distribution, logistics, forecasting and demand planning
• Previous management experience, able to come in and line manage 3 analysts
• Preferably from a retail background or understanding of the retail industry

• Up to £70,000 cash package, broken down to £65,000 annual base salary and car allowance
