- Location: Trowbridge (Hybrid working - min. 2 days/week onsite)

As an Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in this journey, leveraging innovative technologies and tools to harness our rich data assets. This position offers the chance to champion superior customer satisfaction and business growth, while being a key member of the Data & Analytics leadership team.
Day-to-day of the role:- Oversee marketing budget optimisation, tracking campaign performance, and providing acquisition forecasts.
- Lead the development and execution of data strategies to grow the customer base, improve retention, and reactivate lost customers.
- Support volume growth through insightful segmentation strategies that encourage loyal customer consumption.
- Enhance lifecycle campaigns using our campaign automation platform, Emarsys, and progress the direct marketing strategy into an omni-channel approach.
- Manage commercial relationships with key partners such as Emarsys and Experian.
- Conduct forensic analytics to provide consumer insights, supporting data-driven decision-making across various business functions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, the Data & Analytics and Data Science teams to identify opportunities and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in customer data management and analysis.
- Significant experience in marketing or forensic analytics within a consumer business or consultancy environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience with Azure DataBricks and Azure suite beneficial.
- Previous management experience within a data function - essential.
- Experience in presenting to board level stakeholders - essential.
- A degree in Data Analytics, computer science, or a related STEM subject.
- Understanding of statistical and mathematical techniques, with experience in predictive analytics and AI tools.
- A collaborative mindset, keen business understanding, and the initiative to create new opportunities.
- Excellent storytelling skills and the confidence to engage with senior management.
- Previous experience or good understanding of Data Science & Machine Learning principles beneficial.
- Experience with SAP ERP beneficial.
- Experience with marketing or sales datasets beneficial.
