Pearson Whiffin are delighted to be supporting a successful Financial Services company with the recruitment of a Data and Sales Operations Analyst

This is a fantastic, exclusive opportunity for an analyst to ensure all aspects of the business have high quality and usable data reports.

Duties for this varied role include:

• Become the business lead for all data driven systems including CRM and PowerBI ensuring maximising the value of the systems  
• Create and distribute sales reports including monthly management performance reports, sales reports, pipeline reports indicators and customer experience reports
• Provide data driven recommendations
• Review customer interactions and documentation to review and improve customer experience

To be successful, you must have/be:

• Good IT Skills, knowledge of CRM systems and data systems
• Experience in data analysis and report building (Desirable)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service
