Data Cabling Engineer – Retail Installations Projects
Looking for an experience Data Comms Engineer to deliver a range of projects from small additional infrastructure projects, like an extra Wireless AP, to full Data Cabling infrastructure installations for new store openings of supermarkets.
This Data Cabler role is to join the full-time permanent team. Where possible you will be attending client’s sites in the local area, if there is no work locally, you must be willing to travel and, occasionally, stay away (all expenses paid).
Basic salary £32500 + lots of overtime potential (around £6K extra), fully expensed company van provided (with personal use), pension, paid holiday, and private health.
To apply for this role, you must have:
- A full manual UK Driving Licence.
- Previous experience on Data CablingInstallations Projects (ideally in retail environments).
- Be flexible to travel UK wide and occasionally do overnight stays.
- Be flexible to work evenings and nights.
Applicants with CSCS or ECS Cards, IPAF / PASMA Tickets and accreditations for Data Cabling Cat 5, Cat 6 and Cat 7 preferred, although training will be offered.
This role is to join the South West Team, Applicants should ideally live around Bristol / South Wales / Swindon etc as the majority of sites will be in this area.
