We have an exciting 18-Month opportunity in our People Services Team, supporting the HR Transformation Project! 

 

As a Data Cleanse Analyst, you’ll provide first line support with the alignment of data between MyHub, SAP ECC and other downstream systems.

 

Our HR transformation project is focused around re-implementing our current MyHub environment and making it work more seamlessly for the business. 

 

This role is key to making sure the data in our systems is within scope and are as aligned as possible ahead of the data migration exercise that will take place in future.

 

We’d hope to see you in our Warwick office one day per week but you’re welcome to be in the office more often if that would work best for you. We’re happy to discuss any additional flexibility in working patterns or requirements that you feel could help to make this job work for you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Update and manage master HR data (MyHub) as well as organisational data (SAP ECC)
  • Adhere to metrics and KPIs - be clear on the metrics and KPIs relevant to the position and ensure these are achieved and foster and support the process of continuous improvement. 
  • Build internal Relationships - work effectively with the related teams and key stakeholders to ensure seamless working of the Data Cleanse workstream.
  • Ensure data integrity from MyHub to all other downstream People systems (Coupa, Concur etc.)
  • Advise on potential changes required to systems or processes to prevent future data issues.
  • Perform bulk uploads/data corrections within MyHub and SAP ECC for HR and org data.

What You’ll Have:

  • Experience working in a HR Shared Service function or data systems support role.

  • Strong MS Excel Skills experience, you’re comfortable with VLOOKUPs, IF statement, conditional formatting 

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Word and Outlook

  • HRIS, SuccessFactors My Hub or SAP ECC experience would be advantageous. 

  • Good planning and organising

  • Strong interpersonal skills.  

  • Passionate about continuous improvement and quality

  • Strong attention to detail and results orientated.

  • Openness and flexibility to change.

What You'll Get:

£33,000 - £37,000 per annum - dependent on experience.

This is a hybrid working role from our Warwick office with 1 day per week in the office.
