RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducting engaging technical training sessions for a class of approximately 20 to 24 individuals.
• Creating innovative technical training materials for the cohort.
• Collaborating on defining and assigning projects to challenge and develop graduates.
• Evaluating homework/projects, providing constructive feedback, and nurturing a culture of continuous improvement.
• Configuring necessary technical environments for effective training.
• Offering guidance, tutoring, and mentorship throughout graduates' learning journey.
• Demonstrating effective project management skills for successful delivery.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team.
• Adapting to the varied demands of the role, recognizing that a typical day may extend beyond conventional working hours.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Enthusiasm for Data and Training Experience in teaching or training settings, whether in a classroom, sports, or alternative environments.
• Familiarity with coding languages such as SQL, Python, R, and SAS.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools and capabilities.
• Keenness for personal development within a dynamic work environment.
