Salary | £26,000- £30,000
Working Hours | Monday-Friday 40 hours per week.

Departmental Overview

Our Facilities Management department manage a portfolio of premises in both public and private sectors. Their role is to ensure that the environment of these managed premises conform to the high standards of the client and are in line with legal requirements. This includes undertaking planned, preventative & reactive maintenance, ground maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and building services for each client in line with the company’s high standards and client KPI’s.

Primary Objective

As a Data Compliance Analyst, you will play an important role in ensuring the company and our client’s data is securely mentored and actioned effectively. You will also be responsible for the operation and management of the maintenance projects as well as other systems related to our sectors.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to the following tasks:

  • Monitor data compliance alerts through our system.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, including legal, compliance, and our IT department to communicate and mitigate compliance issues effectively.
  • Demonstrate your experience in a similar role, where you have managed and controlled changes to planned preventative maintenance regimes and other compliance systems.
  • Analyse data requirements and prioritise critical data.
  • Preparing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information.
  • Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

To be effective in this role the Data Compliance Analyst will need to:

  • Maintain and build up a good working relationship with internal and external stakeholders including colleagues, customers, suppliers, and senior management teams.
  • Be able to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team.
  • Communicate effectively with all other departments.

To be successful in this role the Data Compliance Analyst will:

  • Have strong planning, organisation, and monitoring abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent skills in using Microsoft Office Packages
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and stakeholders, as well as external contractors and suppliers.
  • Enjoy a challenge, have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Have a high standard of numeracy.
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have a strong orientation towards quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Can prioritise work, work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage business expectations.
  • Be adaptable and flexible in your approach to work.
  • DBS check to be completed prior to start date.
  • A legal right to work in the UK.
Education, Qualification and Certification
  • Knowledge of incident response processes for security and compliance.
  • Knowledge of security principles and compliance regulations.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
