The Company:
Caroo has partnered with a growing data solutions company that provides insights and solutions to digital marketing agencies. They work with a variety of small to medium agencies who are looking to utilise and maximise the insights provided from their data, so they can optimise their marketing.
The Role:
This is an exciting time to join the business as they are in a growth phase. You will be reporting to the Data solutions lead, as well as the CEO.
As they work closely with digital marketing agencies, they are looking for candidates who have a paid media/paid search experience within an agency and have transitioned into a data role.
The Responsibilities:
- Working closely to a variety of clients, so client facing experience is needed.
- Understand the clients’ requirements, look at what reports they would benefit from and what areas they want to improve in, which the reports would highlight.
- Create a data warehouse for new clients, build pipelines and write queries to extract data.
- Clean and process data to eliminate corrupted or duplicate data.
- Create visualisations on either Looker, Power BI or Tableau based on the clients’ requirements.
- You also have the freedom to be proactive and create with the reports and act as a consultant, putting together reports that would back up suggestions made to the clients on what would improve their marketing.
- Ideally you work as an extension to the clients team, being the go to person for any questions regarding data.
The Requirements:
- Must have worked in an agency as a Paid media or Paid search specialist.
- SQL
- Data visualisation tool such as Looker, Power BI and Tableau.
- Understanding of Data warehouses, pipelines and ETL processes.
