Duties:- Input and update data into computerised databases and spreadsheets- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents- Utilise our accounting system for basic accounting tasks- Maintain professionalism and excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients or colleagues- Conduct Data Entry with precision and efficiency- Provide administrative support as needed
Requirements:- Proficient in Data Entry and computer skills- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively- Typing speed and accuracy are essential- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are required- Prior experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred- Attention to detail is crucial for this role
