We are seeking a highly motivated and efficient Data Entry Administrator to join our client in Maidstone for a period of up to 6 weeks on an immediate start (duration subject to change).
What you'll do:
- Process invoices manually within our systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, Data Entry and photocopying.
- Maintain a well-organised and efficient work environment.
- Liaise with colleagues across departments as needed.
What you'll bring:
- Excellent Data Entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- A positive and can-do attitude.
- A basic DBS check is required.
