My client a leading provider of high quality produce are looking to add to their existing team with the acquisition of a new Data Entry Administrator specialising in Ecommerce. Your primary focus will be to ensure that our product catalogue is up-to-date, accurately presented, and aligned with our brand standards. If you have a keen eye for detail, are comfortable communicating with big brands this role will suit you.

This position will be based from the Newton Aycliffe office 2/3 days per week during the probation with further flexibility to be discussed post that point!

The role:

• Enter data into the business systems and report on requirements via excel
• Add new products to the website utilising data driven insights
• Review and enhance existing product listings.
• Produce reports and analysis via Excel
• Liaise with suppliers by email and telephone to get and improve product data.
• Store and manage product datasets, maintaining data accuracy and quality
• Optimise product admin efficiency to improve quality and time management.

Requirements:

• Advanced Excel (Pivot tables & VLOOKUPS)
• Data Entry and Data Management experience
• Excel reporting and analysis
• Confident and high level communication skills
• Familiarity with either Magento or Shopify would be desirable but not essential
