Job Title – Data Entry Administrator

Salary – Entry level hourly rate

Job Type – Temporary - rolling month by month

Hours- Full time, Monday- Friday

Location – Warrington (3 days minimum on site/ 2 days from home)

Russell Taylor has a great opportunity for a Data Entry Administrator to join our clients’ growing team, working for a global testing and certification company. This is the perfect chance for individuals to develop their Admin career within a global business.

This is a rolling temporary contract, month by month.

Responsibilities:

- Input of data into the laboratory information management system (LIMS)

- Review data for deficiencies or errors, and correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check output

- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents

- Scan documents and print files when needed.

- Keep information confidential

- Learning their operational systems and any other tasks assigned

- Ensure that rules and regulations are being followed

- Gain Certification knowledge

The person:

- Attention to detail

- Proven Data Entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk

- Experience with MS Office

- Familiarity with administrative duties

- Experience using office equipment

- Typing speed and accuracy

- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation

- Confidentiality

- Organisation skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: From £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
