In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager to execute various project tasks efficiently and accurately. You'll be responsible for ensuring that all assigned tasks are completed on time, meeting quality standards, and adhering to industry-specific guidelines. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to diverse land and property services projects, including research, data capture, and site visits across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize desktop and online tools to research and verify ownership and occupation information for land and property.
- Accurately capture textual information according to specified quality levels and production rates.
- Conduct site visits as needed, recording results meticulously and comprehensively.
- Maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Handle inquiries from the public, ensuring accurate documentation of all correspondence.
- Process planning application validations, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure the quality and completeness of project documentation and systems.
- Uphold a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, particularly during repetitive tasks.
- Meet production targets while consistently maintaining quality standards.
- Follow work instructions and guidelines to make informed decisions.
- Assess the validity, accuracy, and compliance of information collected.
Required Skills and Qualifications:Essential:- Minimum 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously.
- Deadline-driven with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to interpret plans and maps effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and internet usage.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
